Prepare your dishwasher
Ensure your dishwasher is completely empty: no dishes and no cleaning agents. This gives the tablet full access to every internal surface and ensures maximum effectiveness.
Place the Tablet in the Dishwasher
Unwrap one tablet from the pack and drop it directly into the bottom of the dishwasher tub or the detergent cup. Direct contact with water activates the descaling agents and odor-neutralizers.
Select the optimal cleaning cycle
Choose a Hot Water, Normal cycle on your dishwasher. If your model offers a “Clean Dishwasher” or “Self-Clean” mode, select that. Let the full cycle run so the formula can dissolve hard-water deposits, grease films, and hidden buildup.
Wipe Seals & Surfaces
After the cycle ends, open the door and use a slightly damp or dry towel to wipe the rubber gasket, door edges, and drum interior. These areas trap residual moisture and odors, and wiping helps remove any loosened residue.
Air-dry the dishwasher
Leave the dishwasher door ajar for at least 30 minutes to maximize drying and minimize mold or mildew. Good airflow = longer machine life and fresher results.
PRO TIPS
For heavy buildup (hard-water areas or frequent use): Run the cleaning cycle twice in a row. The first loosens deposits; the second flushes them away.
Use this tablet once a month for regular households. For higher load/lower use scenarios, every 6-8 weeks may suffice.
Wipe seals/gaskets and keep the door slightly open after each wash to prevent pet hair, lint and moisture from collecting.
Avoid vinegar, bleach, or home-remedy “shortcuts”—frequent use of these can corrode seals or metal parts. CLYND’s formulation is designed for deep cleaning without harming your machine.
